Runner. Storyteller. The guy at your event with a camera and a grin — usually both at the same time.
A Louisville-based photographer who found his eye through running. Years of early miles taught me two things: the best light happens before most people are awake, and the most honest moments happen when nobody's performing for the camera.
My work lives where sport and life overlap — community run clubs at midnight, marathoners at mile 24, swimmers in golden-hour lanes, and the quiet in-between moments on trips, at family tables, and on frosty golf courses at first tee time.
I shoot digital for speed and film for feel — you'll find a Contax slung over my shoulder next to the work camera on most shoots. When I'm not behind a lens, I'm probably logging miles with a Louisville run crew or planning the next trip worth photographing.
Tell me about your event, your family, your training block, or the trip you've been planning — and let's figure out how to photograph it honestly.
